Hello everybody and welcome to the newly revamped Creating Optimism site. It is our profound hope that you will find lots of helpful information on the site and help us to grow into a rich and meaningful community. While this is currently a relatively new site there is already some great content from Dr Bob Murray and Dr Alicia Fortinberry, this will continue to grow as they and others contribute articles and blogs.
You can help to ensure that the community thrives by joining in and being active on the forums and checking back regularly for updates to our main content and blogs. While some of the topics discussed are 'dark' it is not the intention that this should become a 'dark' place but rather somewhere people can come to to enjoy and contribute to being in a better place.
