These empowering Repatterning Movement exercises (RPMs), based on Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATMs), are the best way to relieve stress and tension from your body, gently and in many cases permanently!

Feldenkrais Practitioner and psychotherapist Alicia Fortinberry, uses her voice as a soothing guide that leads you through gentle and easy-to-understand movements. Each RPM lesson addresses a specific area of the body and improves the functional coordination of the whole.
